Credits & Plans
Every generation on StandIn Labs costs credits. Credits are deducted when you submit a job. If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account.

Paid plan credits refill on your billing renewal date. Free plan credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits do not roll over. If you run out mid-cycle, you can purchase a top-up from Credits & Billing.
Automatic refunds
If a generation job fails for any reason (API error, timeout, invalid input), the credits charged for that job are returned to your balance automatically. You will also receive a notification in-app when this happens.
Low credit alerts
When your credit balance drops below 20, a notification appears in the dashboard header. You can dismiss it or click through to the Credits & Billing page to top up or upgrade your plan.
