StandIn Labs is billed monthly via Stripe. All plans auto-renew on the same day each month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Credits & Billing page.

Upgrading your plan
- 1Go to Credits & Billing in the sidebar.
- 2Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- 3Enter your payment details on the Stripe-hosted checkout page. StandIn Labs never sees your card number.
- 4Your new plan activates immediately. Your credit balance is refreshed to the plan's monthly allowance.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Credits & Billing → Manage Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you revert to the Free tier. Unused credits are not refunded.
Credit top-ups
If you exhaust your monthly credits before the cycle resets, you can purchase additional credits as a one-time add-on from the Credits & Billing page — no need to upgrade your plan.
Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. For billing disputes, refund requests, or invoice queries, email support@standinlabs.com.
