Scheduler

The Scheduler lets you queue posts to TikTok ahead of time. Connect your TikTok account once, then schedule any video or image with a caption — and StandIn Labs posts it automatically at the time you choose. All times are in your local timezone. Instagram scheduling is coming soon — join the waitlist in Settings to get notified.

The Scheduler requires a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) and at least one connected social account.

Step 1 — Connect your social accounts

  1. 1Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
  2. 2Click Connect TikTok and complete TikTok's OAuth flow.
  3. 3Your connected account appears in Settings once authorised.
  4. 4Instagram scheduling is coming soon. Click the 'Coming Soon' button next to Instagram to join the email waitlist and get notified at launch.

Step 2 — Schedule a post

  1. 1Navigate to Scheduler in the sidebar and click Create Post.
  2. 2Choose your post type: Video or Image.
  3. 3Video mode: upload an MP4 or MOV file (max 200 MB), or click 'Select from Library' to pick a previously generated video.
  4. 4Image mode: add 1–35 images using the image slots, or pick from Library. This creates a photo carousel on TikTok.
  5. 5Select TikTok as the platform (the only live platform — Instagram coming soon).
  6. 6Write your caption. Video mode: up to 2,200 characters. Image mode: up to 4,000 characters.
  7. 7Add hashtags — type a tag and press Enter, Space, or comma to add it as a chip. TikTok allows a maximum of 5 hashtags per post.
  8. 8TikTok Options — set a Privacy Level (Everyone, Friends, or Only me). In Image mode you can also add an optional Title (max 90 characters) for the carousel.
  9. 9Pick your publish date and time. Times are in your local timezone.
  10. 10Click Schedule Post. The post appears in your calendar with a Scheduled status.

TikTok-specific options

The following options appear when TikTok is selected:

OptionWhen shownDescription
TitleImage / carousel posts onlyA short title for the photo carousel (max 90 characters). Optional — if left empty no title is sent.
Privacy LevelAll postsControls who can see the post: Everyone (public), Friends (mutual followers), or Only me (private).

Calendar view

The Scheduler displays a calendar of all your upcoming posts. Each item shows the platform, media thumbnail, scheduled time, and status. Statuses are:

StatusMeaning
ScheduledPost is queued and will publish at the set time
PublishedPost was successfully sent to the platform
FailedPublishing failed — check Settings for token issues

Editing or deleting scheduled posts

  • Click a scheduled post in the calendar to open its detail panel
  • You can edit the caption or reschedule the time up until 5 minutes before the scheduled publish time
  • Click Delete to remove a post from the queue (this only removes the scheduled post — the media stays in your Library)

Post analytics

Pro and Business users can view performance metrics for published posts directly in the Scheduler. Hover over any published post in the list view to load its analytics — views, likes, comments, and shares (TikTok).

Bulk Scheduling

Bulk Scheduling is available on the Business plan only.

Bulk Scheduling lets you queue multiple independent posts in one go. Navigate to Scheduler → Bulk Schedule to access it.

Each entry is fully independent — its own media, post type, caption, hashtags, platform, and scheduled time. This gives you complete per-post control at scale.

Creating a bulk schedule

  1. 1Click Add Entry to add a new post to the batch (you can add as many as you need).
  2. 2For each entry: choose post type (Video or Image), upload media or pick from Library, write a caption, add up to 5 hashtags, set TikTok options (privacy level; title if Image mode), pick a date and time, and select the platform.
  3. 3Repeat for each post in the batch.
  4. 4Click Schedule N Post(s) when ready. All valid entries are queued at once.
StandIn Labs posts on your behalf using the OAuth token you provided. We only publish the content you explicitly schedule — we never read your feed, followers, DMs, or any other data.
