How do credits work?
Credits are deducted when you submit a job. Images cost 5 credits, 720p video starts at 13 credits for a 5-second clip, and scheduling is always free. If a generation fails for any reason, credits are automatically refunded to your balance. Paid plan credits reset each billing cycle — top-up credits never expire, even if you cancel.

Can I use my own face or avatar?
Yes. Upload 1–3 photos of your avatar from different angles for the best results — multi-image avatars give the AI more to work with. You can also generate an avatar from scratch using a guided builder. Saving avatars to your library is available on paid plans (Starter and above).

What is the difference between Motion Swap and Lip Sync?
Motion Swap transfers full-body motion from a driving video onto your avatar — the output replicates walking, dancing, or any body movement. Lip Sync has two modes: Image mode takes a static portrait photo and synchronises the mouth to a provided audio clip (up to 35 seconds); Video mode takes an existing video clip and replaces the voice with new audio (up to 120 seconds), useful for dubbing or re-voicing content you already have.
